Admissions: National Textile University Faisalabad



National Textile University - NTU - Faisalabad has announced its admission details for fall 2010. NTU is offering admissions in following Postgraduate and Undergraduate programs:

Undergraduate Programs: 

  • B.Sc Textile Engineering
    • Yarn Manufacturing 
    • Fabric Manufacturing with majors in Weaving & Knitting
    • Textile Processing
    • Garments Manufacturing
  • B.Sc Polymer Engineering
  • BS in Computer Sciences
  • BBA - Textile Management, Marketing, Finance
  • Bachelors in Fashion Design & Technology
  • Bachelors in Textile Design & Technology
Postgraduate Programs:
  • M.Sc Computer Sciences 
  • M.Sc Mathematics 
  • MBA - HRM, Marketing, Finance 
Eligibility Criteria:
  • B.Sc programs - F.Sc Pre Engineering or Equivalent with at least 60% marks. NTS (NAT-IE) is compulsory.
  • BS CS - Intermediate, F.Sc, ICS, A Level or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
  • Remaining Bachelors Programs: Intermediate or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
  • MS CS - B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BCS or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
  • M.Sc Mathematics - B.A, B.Sc with math A,B or general math with at least 50% marks.
  • MBA - B.A, B.Com, B.Sc or equivalent with at least 50% marks of 2.0 CGPA out of 4.0.
How to apply:
  • You can download the admission forms from NTU website and send to admission office with Rs.1100 original online bank deposit slip.
  • Admission forms and prospectuses are also available from university campus.
  • Last date to apply is September 15, 2010.
NAT-IE: National Testing Service will conduct the NAT-IE test on September 5, 2010 specially for NTU students. So those who missed the earlier NAT-IE test should apply directly to NTS before August 27, 2010. For details see NTS Website.
